EQUAL MEANS EQUAL is proud to announce our Advisory Committee and Partners in our important new project: FINAL IMPACT for the ERA (Equal Rights Amendment).
96% of Americans believe that men and women are equal.
Over 85% believe this equality is already provided for in our Constitution.
Shockingly, it isn’t.
Women are still unequal in the United States.
Informing the public of this legal injustice is critical to ending the discrimination and rollbacks of our rights, presently increasing every day. Launching and implementing this public awareness campaign prior to the November 2024 elections may well be the last opportunity we have to enshrine equality for all Americans, regardless of sex, in the United States Constitution.
Leveraging the powerful voices and talents of our friends and partners we aim to bring legal equality to all American’s regardless of sex, before November of 2024, completing a historic journey that began over a hundred years ago.
